在螺桿式壓縮機中,需要用于螺桿轉子,在工作過程中,陰轉子上的陰轉子齒與陽轉子 上的陽轉子齒互相嚙合,陰轉子齒與陽轉子齒的設計對壓縮機的工作性能具有重要影響,但 目前的螺桿式壓縮機設計尚存在如下缺點-,
1、 陰轉子齒、陽轉子齒的型線設計不合理,兩者嚙合不平穩,使得壓縮機在工作過程 中噪音大、密封性差、效率低;
2、 現有陰轉子齒、陽轉子齒設計不合理,導致齒的強度低,容易損壞。
發明內容
本實用新型的目的在于提供一種螺桿式壓縮機轉子,其中陰轉子、陽轉子嚙合平穩、噪 音小、密封性好、工作效率高。

所述陰轉子齒與所述陽轉子齒的數量不等,優選的,所述陰轉子齒的數量多于所述陽轉
于齒的數量,如所述陰轉子齒為7個,所述陽轉子齒為5個。
本實用新型相對于現有的螺桿式壓縮機轉子來說,由于轉子采用不對稱結構,作為主動 轉子的陽轉子其齒數少,齒相對較厚,剛度好,具有較小的熱變形及彎曲變形,強度也較高, 不易損壞;齒的型線無尖點,齒面光順連接,便于加工與檢測,振動小,噪音低,轉子齒高 半徑和齒頂高合理,面積利用系數大;在工作時輸氣量大,效率高。
